Your team’s already shipping. Your calendar’s full. And everyone seems to have a different idea of what the priority should be.

It’s been a while since my last newsletter or podcast. This is where I went: I’ve been turning the method I’ve used with dozens of product leaders into this book.

You’ll start by getting your first strategy sketch on paper in an hour. You’ll see what you already know, what’s fuzzy, and where you need to dig.

Then you’ll work through how to:

Decide what deserves your team’s time, and what you’re going to stop doing
Give your team direction they can use to make good calls without pulling you into every decision
Know when to stay the course, when to change it, and how to protect the strategy from drifting

So when someone asks “what’s the strategy?” you have choices you can explain, a reason to believe they’ll work, and a way to put them into action.
