Be a bloodhound for ambiguity
As product people, one of the biggest ways we create value is by creating clarity.
If you smell ambiguity, hunt it down:
• “What does [better] mean?”
• “How much is [faster]?”
• “What’s our baseline on that?”
• “Which team is responsible for that item? Supporting? When do we go to each?“
• “If we’re taking on [new thing], what are we pausing?”
And so on. It’s not sexy, but clarity compounds.
